INTRODUCTION:

Time for a healthy morning tea treat that will feel like an indulgence. Kids and adults alike love jelly. But this jelly is loaded with the benefits of coconut water and your favourite fruits. Because it’s agar jelly this recipe can be served warm which means it’s even perfect as a lunchbox treat. And it looks a little fancy…

YOU WILL NEED:
  • 350ml Coconut Water
  • 2 Davis Agar Leaves 
  • 2 heaped Tablespoons Sugar
  • Sliced Fresh Fruit (as desired)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Boil Davis Agar leaves in coconut water until the agar leaves are completely dissolved. 
  2. Add sugar and let boil for a further 5 minutes. 
  3. Add fruit into desired tray/mold
  4. Pour jelly liquid into tray/mold and let set in fridge for approximately 4 hours.
