INTRODUCTION:

Every kid’s Childhood includes memories of a rice bubble slice. A fun and easy treat for birthday parties or just as a lunchbox snack. The great tasting light and fluffy DAVIS Mallow Whip Frosting is a perfect combination with Rice Bubbles and any hidden indulgences you want to combine… and makes it so easy to prepare. 

YOU WILL NEED:

To make approx. 24 bars

  • 1 x Davis Mallow Whip Frosting 
  • 410g (10 ½ Cups) Rice Bubbles 
  • Milk/Dark Chocolate as desired 
  • Baking Pan (approx. 40cm x 32cm x 5cm)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Line baking pan with baking paper. 
  2. Add Rice Bubbles to a large bowl. 
  3. Prepare Davis Mallow Whip Frosting as described on the packet and whip.  
  4. Pour Mallow Whip Frosting into bowl with rice bubbles. Mix with a large spoon or clean hands until well combined or rice bubbles are completed coated.  
  5. Tip out mixture into baking pan. With a spatula, press the mixture down firm into a smooth layer. A helpful tip is placing a layer of baking paper on top and smooth out with spatula. 
  6. Let set on bench at room temperature for 1-2 hours until firm. Alternatively leave in fridge to set for 1 hour. 
  7. Cut bars into desired size. 
  8. Melt desired chocolate and drizzle onto top of the bars and let set in the fridge.
