INTRODUCTION:

This is the easiest Panna Cotta you will ever prepare. Have a Thermomix®? Even easier, just combine all the ingredients one step, let it do it’s thing and DONE! Fancy dessert taken care of without breaking a sweat.

YOU WILL NEED:
  • 1 Davis Agar Leaf 
  • 600ml Cream 
  • 50g (3 Heaped Tablespoons) Sugar 
  • 7.5g (2 Heaped Teaspoons) Cornflour 
  • Vanilla Essence (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Directions: 

  1. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add Davis Agar leaf, the sugar and the starch and bring to a boil. Boil under constant stirring until dissolved.
  2. Reduce the liquid to the desired consistency (boil for approx. 20 min).
  3. Pour into favoured bowl and place into the fridge to set for approx. 2 hrs

Thermomix® Directions:

  1. Pour the cream into the bowl, add Davis Agar leaf, the sugar and the starch
  2. 24 minutes/ 90oC/ Speed 2
  3. Pour into favoured bowl and place into the fridge to set for approx. 2 hrs
