Each leaf has a precisely defined gelling power – which makes getting the dosage right child's play.
1 x Agar Leaf = 3 x Leaf Gelatine or 1 x Tbsp Granulated Gelatine or 1 x Tsp (aprox.1.3g) agar agar powder (100%)

1. One sheet is used to set 500ml of liquid. Place the agar sheet into the liquid immediately before it comes to boil and then boil rapidly while constantly stirring until the sheet has fully dissolved.
2. Cold dishes: Allow the liquid to cool for a short period and then quickly mix in the cold components in two portions one after the other. Allow the dishes to cool for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
