Vegan Chocolate Tartlets

INTRODUCTION:

Decadent, rich, creamy, irresistible chocolate mousse! DAVIS Agar Leaf makes this vegan delight simple to prepare and classically tasty. Finish off the perfect dinner party with a dessert that will please all of your guests! Whip it up beforehand and take from the fridge when you’re ready to wow their taste buds.

YOU WILL NEED:
  • 2 x Davis Agar Leaf
  • 200g Almond milk (or alternative)
  • 250 g 80% cocoa dark chocolate 
  • 40g Sugar 
  • 500 g Vegan whipped cream 
  • Premade tart bases (as required)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Pour the almond milk into a saucepan, add the Agar leaves, and bring to a boil. Boil under constant stirring until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the sugar and the separately molten dark chocolate.
  3. Fill the warm chocolate mix in a large bowl and fold in the whipped cream homogenously in two portions.
  4. Fill into tart bases (alternatively can shape in molds or on a cake base)
  5. refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  6. Demold the tartlets and decorate as desired.
