Delicate Iced Coffee Cubes

INTRODUCTION:

This fresh idea for your next morning coffee date is a coffee version of a bubble tea. Simple to prepare the night before and it will satisfy any coffee addict. Everybody loves jelly, and these wobbly cubes loaded with coffee will hit that caffeine itch with no need to feel guilty about the indulgence.

YOU WILL NEED:
  • 5 shots of espresso
  • 150ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar 
  • 6 gelatine leaves 

or

  • 300ml of water 
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar 
  • 6 gelatine leaves 
  • 15 grams of instant coffee
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add shots of coffee and water to saucepan
  2. Warm up and add sugar. 
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Add pre-soaked gelatine.
  5. Mix and dissolve. 
  6. Portion into silicon molds or a bulk rectangular mould (10cm x 15cm)
  7. Cool down and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until it sets. 
  8. Unmould and cut in cubes (1.5cm x 1.5cm), 
  9. Put about 2 spoons in each glass cup.
