3 sheets x Leaf Gelatine = 1 x Tbs Gelatine Granulated or 1 sheet x Agar Leaf

1. Pour 125 ml of hot water into a container and add 3 teaspoons of Davis Gelatine.
2. Stir briskly with a fork until dissolved. Add 375 ml of liquid to make 500 ml of jelly when set. Use one extra teaspoon of gelatine during very hot weather. Allow the dish to cool for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Bovine gelatine (100%). Contains sulphites.
Store Gelatine in cool and dry conditions. Reseal immediately after use.
This is a natural product. Despite consistent control, slight inconsistencies
 can therefore still occur.
